Your sandals don’t fit perfectly?
Here’s what you have to do:

• Contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp at 0821-5505-7771
• Make sure the new sandals are unused, clean & spotless
• The exchange only valid within a maximum of two (2) days after you receive them
• The exchange is valid as long as the size is still available
• We have the right to cancel the exchange and send the sandals back if you don’t meet the requirements above.

PS: All products are non-refundable. Make sure all information is correct before you pay!
